Our pricing structure is based on time and product. Factors that affect pricing include; breed, size, behavior, weight, hair length, condition, matting, frequency and specialty products. Please keep in mind that a quote is only an ESTIMATED price. An accurate price will be given once we check the condition of your dog at your grooming appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $25.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

POLICY AGREEMENT
Welcome to Dogue Grooming & Pet Boutique, your pet holds a place of utmost importance to us. We are committed to going above and beyond to ensure that your pet's grooming session is not only comfortable but also safe. Prioritizing safety for both groomers and pets during the grooming process is fundamental to our operations. To support this commitment, we have established a set of policies and procedures. It is important that all our clients take the time to thoroughly read and comprehend these guidelines to facilitate a smooth and secure experience for everyone involved.
Vaccinations
All dogs visiting Dogue must have up to date vaccination records on file. You will be required to fill a file and check off that your pet is up to date. You may either bring in a copy of records or email a copy to us at doguepet@gmail.com
Health or Medical Problem
Grooming sessions can reveal underlying health issues or exacerbate existing conditions, which may become apparent either during or after the grooming process. Our groomers are committed to notifying pet owners of any health concerns that come to light during a grooming appointment. It is important for owners to understand that any veterinary costs incurred as a result of these identified issues will be their responsibility.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Dogue reserves the right to discontinue grooming services at any stage of the process. Should your dog exhibit extreme stress or pose a danger during grooming, we will immediately cease all grooming activities. Ensuring the safety of both pets and groomers is our priority.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $25.To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
LATE ARRRIVALS
Drop off time is at the time of your appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period. Due to our tight schedule, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you arrive after.
PICK-UPS
Heads-Up: We send automated text and call 20 minutes before your dog is ready.
Pick-Up Window: Due to our smaller facility, and to ensure a lower stress environment for other pets, all pets must be picked up within one hour of their scheduled out time. Pets left at our salon beyond that will have a daycare fee of $15 added to their grooming bill. If you need to have your pet longer at the salon, arrangements need to be made with us prior to your appointment.
CLOSING TIME LATE FEE
We have a 10 minute grace period without late fee for after hours pick up. Customers will be charged $15 for every 10 minutes post-grace period. Pets not picked up by closing without notice will stay overnight in our grooming area and a $100 overnight fee will be applied.
SATISFACTION
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is anything you are unhappy with and would like to have adjusted please let us know at time of pickup. We will be more than happy to make any adjustments you’d like. You will have a 24 hour window to let us know if there’s any adjustments that need to be made. Beyond that all return visits will be treated as a new appointment and will be charged accordingly.
